Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide functional process and SAP subject matter expertise as needed.
- Contribute to project planning tasks, including task descriptions, durations, and resource requirements.
- Support the identification of detailed business requirements.
- Lead process reviews to define the "to-be" processes, focusing on compliance with GT standards and minimizing variations across divisions.
- Validate the SAP design with business receivers and Global Process Owners (GPOs).
- Prepare for workshops by gathering necessary data and information.
- Follow up on open items and issues from workshops and daily project work.
- Identify, document, resolve, and escalate issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather additional information as needed.
- Assist in the testing process, ensuring resources are available for testing (SIT lead, UAT support).
- Work with the business to build test scenarios for comprehensive integration testing.
- Assist in developing training materials by providing detailed content.
- Prepare and deliver training to business users and receivers.
- Identify and communicate risks throughout the project lifecycle (RAID log).
- Determine necessary standard GT reports and forms to meet business requirements.
- Support data mapping and validation efforts for project objects.
- Ensure effective communication across all process areas and project partners.
- Assist in cutover planning, training documentation development, and communication of changes to the business.
- SAP S4 Hana Private deployment projects for global and North American businesses.
- Reporting Structure:
- Reports to Dana Waters, Requisition to Pay Global Process Owner.
- Direct Reports:
- None.
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business or Supply Chain); a Master’s degree is desired.
- 3-5 years of experience leading S2P Source to Pay ERP deployment projects, preferably PS to SAP or equivalent business knowledge.
- Experience in project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Deep functional/business process expertise and operations experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
- Proven ability to operate within cross-functional teams.
- Strong ERP integration knowledge on S2P Source to Pay.
- Solid project management skills with excellent time management and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of updating senior leadership and sponsors on project progress.
- Decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities effectively.
