Job Description

We are a privately owned family business in Utah seeking metal fabricators and welders to work with us.

Metal Fabricator and Welder Job Description:

• Fabricate, assemble, inspect and repair metal parts using various methods including welding, brazing, cutting and machining.
• Fabricate aluminum and steel parts using stainless steel, bronze, titanium and other metals.
• Perform all fabrication duties in a safe and efficient manner at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements.
• Use mathematical calculations to ensure accurate measurements and cuts.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Operate a variety of equipment including press brakes, plasma cutters and other machinery.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a welder or metal fabricator is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations is necessary for this position.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to pass a background check.

This position requires the ability to work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
