Role Description

As the Supply Chain Manager , you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, fulfillment, and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, meet business goals, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Demand Planning Management

Analyze historical sell-through data and industry trends to forecast and align demand planning with business objectives.
Conduct PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) meetings with stakeholders to ensure demand is met across different channels while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Manage full-size LED TV range demand planning.

2. Supply Planning Management

Develop and manage rolling 6 / 12-month plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, including HQ and manufacturing facilities.

Collaborate with factories to confirm resource and production capacity can meet demand, resolving issues proactively.

Oversee internal order placement and maintain accurate purchase orders in SAP systems.

Maintain incoming plans by updating schedules based on production and shipping progress.

3. Fulfillment Management

Coordinate with global manufacturing facilities to ensure production schedules meet shipping and customer delivery deadlines.

Develop and monitor shipping plans for moving products to distribution centers, considering customer needs and trade modes (FOB / DDP / CIF).

Collaborate with logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Continuously evaluate and improve production planning conformance and shipping execution.

4. Inventory Management

Conduct inventory simulations to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring reasonable inventory turnover.

Monitor abnormal inventory levels and work with teams to address issues effectively.

Analyze channel inventory metrics, optimizing turnover and ensuring inventory aligns with sales forecasts.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in global sourcing, demand planning, inventory planning, or manufacturing operations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred.

Ability to think critically, work as a team player, and drive results.
