Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist who is passionate about customer interaction and eager to contribute to a positive team environment. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth front-office operations. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor upon their arrival.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage the appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
  • Provide information about our detailing services and pricing to clients in person and over the phone.
  • Assist clients with the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Handle client inquiries and address concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents.
  • Communicate effectively with the detailing team to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.
