Elite Technical is seeking an Executive Communications Specialist to support our customer, a major Federal Healthcare Insurance organization. This position is a contract position with expectations of going permanent 12 months from initial employment.
The selected Executive Communications Specialist will provide executive leadership with a digital and print documentation platform to articulate organizational goals, foster transparency and align with the Company-s vision. The selected candidate will works closely with business divisions to understand opportunities and priorities to provide strategic oversight and direction of various communications need which may be anticipated or unplanned. S / he will lead the development and amplification of strategic communications, including but not limited to tactical printed marketing materials, digital communications, presentations, thought leadership, talking points, and more.

Required Skills
- BS Degree is required.
- 8 years of experience in executive communications, strategic planning, writing (digital and print) with proven ability to develop strategies
- Must have strong proofreading, writing and editing skills for both digital and print materials
- Willingness and ability to (1) create digital and print artifacts from scratch, and (2) edit existing print / digital content
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships with executive management is critically important
- Executive level presentation skills
- Prior experience in working with Senior Leadership on strategy development and issue resolution
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adopt to consistent changes from executive leadership.
