Our client, a prestigious Federal contractor, is seeking an IT Systems Integration Analyst to join their team in support of a DHS agency. You will have a fast moving, challenging, and highly rewarding position keeping the infrastructure running that helps keep our country safe.
The position is Hybrid, and the candidate will need to be local to Sterling, VA and available to come onsite as needed. Our client is looking to onboard as a 6-month contract to hire.
Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier 3 IT Systems support on a wide range of technologies, including : Microsoft Windows and Linux Operating Systems, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Certificate Services, Group Policies and ServiceNow ticketing system.
- Assist in testing, applying and maintaining server configurations and related security patches.
- Evaluate system performance results and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Review and perform advanced analysis of system logs.
- Create troubleshooting documentation including writing SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to accomplish repetitive tasks.
