As a Spa Consultant, you will handle client interactions, support daily operations, and work closely with the rest of the staff to maintain an exceptional client experience.
Main Job Duties:
- Provide information and educate clients about spa services.
- Deliver high-level customer service with friendliness and efficiency.
- Manage client appointments and greet clients upon arrival.
- Create and maintain client profiles, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Promote sales of memberships and packages.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and voicemails.
- Uphold ELIVATE Drip Spa’s aesthetic and culture.
