Job Summary
As a Dispensary Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a cannabis dispensary, and delivery service ensuring compliance with all regulations and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Oversee sales transactions and cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management, particularly in a cannabis dispensary setting
- Must be willing to deliver and also dispacth incoming orders
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Proficiency in retail math and inventory management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with payroll processes and employee scheduling
- Experience in customer service and resolving customer issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
