What you will be doing as an Operations Analyst at Elixirr Digital?

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support business decisions.
• Support sales and revenue forecasting processes.
• Help analyze project profitability and client delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Utilize complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and automation techniques to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with different teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure accurate documentation of operational procedures and best practices.
  
  

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for numbers and data trends.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, etc.).
• Familiarity with operational tools and business intelligence platforms (Power BI).
• Ability to work with large datasets and create meaningful reports.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
