What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Care Coordinator/Receptionist position at Elizabeth Animal Hospital?
Elizabeth Animal Hospital is looking for an energetic and fun person to fill a position for Front Desk Client Care Coordinator/Receptionist. We are a fast-paced, busy small animal hospital located in Elizabeth, Colorado.
Applicant will be responsible for:
- scheduling appointments
- answering phones
- greeting clients
- setting up and maintaining medical records according to established protocols
- file handling
- client education
- cleaning
- etc.
Must be detail oriented, have good phone skills, and be able to multi-task well.
Employee shifts begin at 7:30am and end when the day's shift work is completed. Elizabeth Animal Hospital is open from 8-6 on Monday through Friday and from 8-12 on Saturdays. Employee must be able to work every other Saturday. Must be reliable for timeliness and attendance, and be able to fill in when necessary, as well as be flexible with their scheduling.
We are looking to fill one Full Time Position, but will consider Part Time availability to possibly hire two applicants instead. Prior veterinary experience is preferred, but not required.
