JOB DESCRIPTION
Athletic Field Specialist
The job goal is to provide on-site athletic field maintenance and to ensure a quality playing surface at the middle school and high school complexes including the grounds surrounding the complexes. The employee reports to the Maintenance Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must hold an Ornamental & Turf license, based on state requirement, as directed by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture
- NC Driver's license for the weight and type of vehicles operated as required by the Department of Motor Vehicles; CDL Preferred
- Experience performing school athletic field maintenance

Assist with moving furniture, commodities, supplies, equipment, etc. throughout the school districtAssist with other maintenance crews and trades with projects, maintenance, preventative maintenance and / or repairs to all sites within the school district.STATE RANGE
Pay Grade 61
Full-time, 12-months
2732.96 - $4423.56 per month
Based on 0-30 years of experience in a school system)
