Floral Sales Consultant
Our floral shop is looking for an inside sales representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and love working in a creative environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our floral collections, delivery areas and fees, additional charges, and business policies.
- Process customer orders accurately, including gathering delivery details, payment information, and card messages.
- Answer and respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage email & phone inquiries, including customer questions and proposal requests.
- Handle initial event and wedding inquiries, following the designated process before passing them to the appropriate coordinator.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies and plants.
- Address customer service issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Stay informed on industry trends, including competitor offerings, pricing, and display styles.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

A customer-focused professional with flower knowledge and excellent communication and organizational skills. They are comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and have a strong attention to detail. The ability to resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism is essential. Experience in sales and/or floral design is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
