Job Summary:
The Client Acquisition Specialist is responsible for generating and nurturing leads, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless intake process. This role is perfect for a people-person with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to build relationships and drive client engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling inbound and outbound communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including inbound inquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, explaining our legal services and determining how we can best assist them.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert leads into active clients.
- Intake & Onboarding: Guide clients through the initial intake process, collecting essential information and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversion rates using a client relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaboration with Attorneys: Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to case representation.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness Support: Assist in implementing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales, client relations, intake coordination, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up with potential clients.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and email communication platforms.
- A passion for helping others and the ability to connect with people in high-stress situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time Position: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
- Starting Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience plus commission opportunities
- Performance-Based Growth: After an 8-week probationary period, employees will be eligible for a performance review with opportunities for a salary increase based on contributions.
