Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling inquiries with empathy and professionalism while driving consultative sales to book consultations with attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings to determine client needs and qualify them for services.
- Apply a consultative selling approach to explain the value of our legal services.
- Meet or exceed quotas and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to consultations booked and revenue generated.
- Address potential client objections professionally and with empathy.
- Schedule and confirm consultations with attorneys, ensuring all necessary client information is collected.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our case management system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an intake, sales, or customer service role, preferably within a legal, healthcare, or professional services environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive family and criminal law matters.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM or case management software is a plus.
