Position : Customer Relations Representative

Compensation : $40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus commissions (higher end for candidates with prior financial services sales experience)

Role Overview : We are seeking a process-driven, detail-oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role focuses on inside sales, working with existing clients and leads rather than cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to engage in proactive conversations to drive sales within our existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with existing clients and leads to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct proactive conversations with clients to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cross-selling.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with industry trends and regulations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
