Responsibilities

- Assist with tube feeding and other nutritional support for patients.
- Provide care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist in emergency situations by providing first aid and basic life support as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication administration, and care procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in emergency medicine or occupational health is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of infant care practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with tube feeding techniques and dementia care strategies is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
