Supervises: Staff and volunteers of the ENLC Women’s Center
Committees: None
The Manager is responsible for all operations of the specific Women’s Center they manage. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that the primary mission of Elizabeth's New Life Center is being carried out in services to clients.

Primary Duties
Essential Functions:
Client Services
- Assist with and supervise intake consultation staff as well as any specialized programs which may be offered at the Women’s Center, e.g., medical services, sexual integrity, learn & earn, or post-abortion healing, grant-funded educational classes.
- Responsible for making sure that the Center is open and staffed during hours advertised and operates in a professional and courteous manner. Should be available all open office hours as a back-up to the intake consultation staff as needed.
- Review client files on Ekyros for accuracy and case management.
- Continually assess center’s hours of operation to best meet the needs of the Center’s clientele.
Public Relations
- Work with Director of Development and the area Development Officer as requested to establish a liaison with churches in the community so that programs, projects, and fund development activities can be linked to churches.
- Represent ENLC and the Women’s Center to community agencies and media in the area as requested by the Director of Women’s Centers or as the opportunity arises.
- Coordinate and review all publicity and advertising or information dissemination that pertains to the Women’s Center.
- Recruit local volunteers.
- Represent Women’s Centers with Quarterly outreach.
- Cultivate positive and ongoing relationships with community agencies, health care facilities, and local schools and churches with monthly outreach.
Organizational Development
- Assist ENLC staff in any aspect of Volunteer/Donor Appreciation, or other community events, as requested.
- Participate on committees and special projects as requested.
Employee Orientation, Development and Training
- Conduct new employee/volunteer training and professional development and team building opportunities for all staff members to enable professional growth.
- Communicate changes in personnel/volunteer policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance is followed.
Supervisory Functions
- Supervise consultants, meet regularly with employees, conduct performance reviews, and approve all paperwork as appropriate.
- Responsible for all financial aspects of the Center, including making sure that all funds are secured.
- Responsible for forwarding complete and accurate financial information to the ENLC Finance office in a timely manner and /or as requested, and that all staff and volunteers who work with funds are operating according to ENLC procedure.
- Oversee and approve expenditures and reimbursements.
- Coordinate volunteer requirements with the Director of Human Resources. Provide monthly volunteer statistics.
- Oversee grant-funded programming and provide necessary reports to administration.
- Oversee accuracy in client scheduling via Ekyros.
- Responsible for proper notification in the case of a change in center hours or center closing, such as making adjustments to Ekyros, posting proper signs, and notifying key administrative staff.
- Responsible for ensuring that data entry is complete for all client visits.
Strategic Management
- Assist in the development of annual outcome goals for all pertinent strategic initiative(s).
- Track and document steps taken to achieve annual outcome goals.
- Achieve annual outcome goals as outlined in the appropriate business plan.
Secondary Functions
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide administrative support as needed such as filing and personal correspondences.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars as required.
- Responsible for communicating with the Facilities and Construction Manager to address issues related to the facility operations.
- Other duties pertaining to the mission of the organization as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Experience, Education and Licensure
BSW or related degree (psychology, sociology, counseling, Nursing etc.) and 2 years management and supervision experience; Master’s degree preferred. 1 – 5 years of experience with a diversified work force, preferably in a non-profit or faith-based setting preferred.
Language and Other Skills
Must have highly developed interpersonal skills; ability to meet people with ease; ability to communicate the written and spoken work with tact and diplomacy; good organizational skills, well disciplined, able to meet deadlines, self-starter, able to work under pressure; ability to work well effectively with others. Ability to read, analyze, medical reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to senior management, employee groups and/or boards of directors. Demonstrated problem solving ability and the logical/rational ability to formulate effective solutions. Ability to use computer and associated software with little or no assistance. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and G suites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
The noise level in the work environment is low – moderate. While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and/or walk. Specific vision abilities required by the position include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
Other
Driving to and from various locations may be necessary and a valid driver’s license, personal automotive insurance and insurability under ENLC policy is required. Mileage may be reimbursed by ENLC. Occasional nights and weekends required.
