- Assist the Occupational Therapist in the evaluation process as directed
- Monitor residents' response to intervention and consult with OT if modification is indicated
- Conduct individual, supervised and group treatments as outlined in the treatment plan
- Provide / recommend / fabricate adaptive devices or other equipment; train resident and caregiver in the use or application of orthodics and prosthetics
- Participate in resident, family and staff education as needed
Education requirements :
Must hold a valid MA COTA license, in good standing. Must be a team player with excellent communication skills. Prior experience working with seniors is preferred but not required.
