Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teachers and Teaching Assistants to support our educational team in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children in various settings, including preschool, daycare, or special education. This role involves assisting teachers in implementing lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering positive relationships with students.
Duties
- Deliver educational content and activities tailored to the developmental needs of students.
- Support classroom management by helping to maintain a positive and organized learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote student success and well-being.
- Facilitate small group activities and provide individualized support to students as needed.
- Help prepare classroom materials and resources for lessons and activities.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to the lead teacher regarding individual student needs.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education practices.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods or special education strategies is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their growth and development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom environment.
