Job Duties
Clean and sanitize all service ware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment
Clean, sanitize, and maintain all beverage, waffle, and cereal equipment
Perform duties in dish room and pot room including pre-rinsing dishes, flatware, and washing pots and pants
Responsible for the cleaning of dining room tables and chairs
Maintain adequate stock levels of dishes, flatware, beverage, cereal, waffle mix, and related supplies
Utilize all equipment and chemicals to fulfill duties
Maintain highest levels of safety and sanitation at all times
Maintain sanitation and equipment records as required
Maintain optimum station coverage at all times; cover for coworkers’ breaks
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Train student personnel
Attend department meetings
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in receiving and food production as necessary
Assist with kitchen prep as necessary
Conduct all responsibilities in a safe manner according to regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
