Admissions Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist the Admissions Director in managing inquiries and referrals from prospective residents and families.
Schedule and coordinate facility tours, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for visitors.
Help gather, organize, and verify required documentation for new admissions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of admissions activities, including inquiries, follow-ups, and move-ins.
Communicate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
Respond promptly to inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
Support marketing and community outreach initiatives to promote the facility and its services.
Admissions Assistant Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in healthcare admissions, customer service, or administrative roles (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with healthcare software systems is a bonus.
A compassionate and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
