External Marketer/Hospital Liaison Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, physicians, and community organizations
- Represent the facility at community events and healthcare-related meetings
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless transitions for new residents
- Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance the facility's visibility and reputation
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities and results
- Promote the facility's services and unique offerings to potential referral sources
External Marketer/Hospital Liaison Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in external marketing, business development, or hospital liaison roles, preferably in healthcare
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry, specifically long-term care services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position involves working at all three of our facilities: Elizabethtown Nursing and Rehab (141 Heisey Ave, Elizabethtown, PA 17022), Emerald Nursing and Rehabilitation (320 S Market St, Elizabethtown, PA 17022), and Forest Park Nursing and Rehabilitation (700 Walnut Bottom Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013). We are seeking someone who is comfortable working across these locations to provide the best care to our residents.
