- Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Monitor and document residents' health conditions and respond to any changes.
- Assist with resident care and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care for our residents.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MedTech certification (required).
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in long-term care is a plus.
