This is an excellent opportunity for a personable, experienced and energetic dental office manager to do some really amazing things! Job duties include but are not limited too :
- Overseeing the operations, facilities & success of 2 pediatric dental offices
- Understanding and ensuring that patient CARE comes first!
- Ensuring that each office is meeting revenue and profitability goals
- Management of team in each office
- Implementation & follow through of marketing strategies across all offices
- Ability to WOW our patients & team
- Working with the team & doctors to develop and implement operational strategies
- Ensuring that each office is following company policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to doctors and staff members
- Conducting regular meetings to review performance and discuss and overcome issues
- Developing and maintaining relationships with patients, team and owner
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve operations and profitability.
