Are you an experienced Ford Parts Advisor looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team at Elk Grove Ford, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and top-quality OEM Ford and Motorcraft parts to repair shops, body shops, and dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in sourcing and purchasing genuine Ford and Motorcraft parts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with independent repair shops and fleets.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to customers.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked inventory.

Qualifications:

• Ford Experience Preferred.
• 1 yr. experience- in automotive parts sales, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong knowledge of Ford and Motorcraft parts and their applications
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and parts cataloging software.

The annual estimated earnings range for this position is $44,331.00 - $93,955.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Department Gross and Individual Gross, and bonuses based on Parts Gross Achievement and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
