Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while engaging with clients.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Other tasks include AR collection by making calls to clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell when appropriate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide solutions promptly.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others are essential traits for success in this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to customer service is an advantage.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
