Elk Lake Resort and Marina has grown into one of the premier multi-season lake resorts in Central Oregon (just 30 miles outside of Bend), while entertaining guests from across the country and abroad. The historic rustic lodge features rental cabins and a campground, a full-service Marina offers pontoon and motorboat rentals, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and fishing, and a full-service restaurant and bar serves up some of the best American cuisine with a rustic flair and great drinks from the coolest bartenders. Now seeking resort hospitality staff positions that include FOH Manager, Bartenders, Servers, Event Bartender, Front Desk, Pizza Kitchen, Ice Cream/Coffee Bar, Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Operations Manager, Field Operations, Housekeepers. The season runs from May 26th through October 8th. Also seeking applicants who are able and willing to work year-round in full-time positions. Compensation includes a competitive wage, shared housing or campsite accommodation for $50/month, meals during shift, discounted rates on all services and activities at the resort, and plenty of outdoor fun during time off! Full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) and health insurance program after one year of service.
