About the Role:
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our dining operations — from menu development and vendor partnerships to service excellence and guest satisfaction. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who loves crafting memorable moments through food, drink, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and outstanding guest experiences.
- Recruit, train, and inspire a talented front-of-house and back-of-house team.
- Collaborate with chefs and bartenders on menu updates and special offerings.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism, turning issues into opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in F&B management, ideally in hotels or resorts.
- A natural leader who thrives in both the dining room and the back office.
- Strong understanding of food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality trends.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry
- Strong skills in budgeting, inventory control, and financial management.
- Some experience in catering operations
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development.
- Culinary background preferred, with knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu design.
- Familiarity point-of-sale systems (POS) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
