Online Sales Specialist

Duties

• Engage with customers through direct sales efforts, promoting our products and services.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers during interactions.
• Deliver compelling product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sales or related fields is preferred.
• Strong skills in lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
• Excellent analytical abilities to assess customer needs effectively.
• Familiarity with software products relevant to our offerings is a plus.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that resonate with potential clients.
• Previous experience in retail sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
