Job Description
The Life Enrichment Assistant plans, coordinates and implements programs, events, trips and celebrations for clients that provide physical, social, intellectual and spiritual development opportunities for clients to participate in.
Essential Functions
• Lead programs with the Director of Life Enrichment.
• Generate fun ideas for our clients to participate in.
• Set-up and conduct programs that meet a variety of physical, cognitive and social needs of our clients.
• Participate in receiving client feedback on programs with the Director of Life Enrichment and create timely action plans to enhance programs to match our client's requests.
