Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Sell products and services to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and maintain a clean sales floor
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to assist customers who speak different languages
- Proficient in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Knowledge of retail math to accurately process transactions and calculate discounts
