Pediatric Private Duty LPN Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a flexible schedule to accommodate days, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services within the scope of practice, as defined by state laws governing nursing practice.
- Document patient visits thoroughly and completely per regulatory and payer requirements.
- Participate in care coordination process, including timely reporting of patient needs and changes in condition.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- CPR certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous home care experience.
