JOB SUMMARY: Supervises and directs the Cash Operations Department toward predetermined goal and objectives, based on profit and return on capital, by performing the following duties personally or through delegation of duties to department supervisors and casino employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be changed, added to or deleted at the sole discretion of management:
- Responsible for providing our customers with prompt and friendly service and an enriching work environment for our team.
- Keep accurate records.
- Ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
- Assist the Cash Operations Manager to oversee department to ensure that casino policies and procedures are followed.
- Be able to work flexible schedules including public holidays, weekends and peak business times.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures and recommend changes for improvement to the Cash Operations Manager.
- Supervise all CSR-Cage, CSR-Floor, and Vault employees.
- Inform staff of monthly programs and upcoming special events at the Casino.
- Ensure proper training for all new employees in accordance with Casino policy and procedures.
- Complete required paperwork as needed such as evaluations, personnel action notices, and performance improvement notices under the direction of the Cash Operations Manager.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and provide safety trainings as needed.
- Work various positions within the Cash Operations department as needed including CSR-Cage, CSR-Floor, and Vault Cashier depending on scheduling needs.
- Responsible for complete understanding of all Cash Operations processes including but not limited to vault processes, Title 31, IRS requirements, player tracking system, cash kiosks, and cash advance software.
- Perform other special assignments as directed by the Cash Operations Manager.

Directly supervises employees in the Cash Operations Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, recommend for hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
