PART TIME PARK SERVICES
DEPARTMENT: Elkhart County Parks & Recreation
HIRING RATE: $16.50/hr
BENEFITS OFFERED: No Benefits Offered
POSITION TO BE FILLED ASAP
HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: 8 to 40 hours a week depending on Park and scheduling needs; will work late afternoons to closing though other times may be available; shifts will primarily be Friday- Monday but may be
scheduled any day of the week including holidays
LOCATION OF POSITION: Throughout Elkhart County Parks System
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Between Parks (complete driving page on application)

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate and provide routine maintenance to lawn equipment and knowledge of light construction helpful
- Able to work in all types of weather, walk rough terrain, lift up to 80lbs., handle heights and work in and around water
- Ability to work professionally with the public and as a team with other staff
- Interest in field of outdoor recreation
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen
