SOCIAL WORK SUPERVISOR
DEPARTMENT: Health Department-Healthy Beginnings
HIRING RANGE: $2,972.58-$3,301.06/bi-weekly based on education and position
related experience. Longevity pay after 3 years.

HOURS & DAYS OF WORK: As Assigned, minimum 40 hours per week

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for overseeing The Healthy Babies Prenatal Care Coordination, Baby & Me Tobacco Free, Fetal & Infant Mortality Review, and Safe Sleep Programs. Maintains client caseloads; providing pregnant clients with support, overseeing assigned staff, and reviewing assigned staff’s caseloads.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Master’s degree in social work
· Thorough knowledge of macro/micro social systems, clinical documentation practices, professional journals, and work-related Indiana statutes
· Excellent organizational and communications skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures/practices
· Ability to supervise assigned staff, including interviewing candidates, planning/delegating work assignments and training/developing assigned staff
· Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
· Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
· Pre-employment background check and Hepatitis B Vaccine eligible
