JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for
providing executive / administrative support to judicial officer, performing administrative and clerical functions, and supervising assigned staff.JOB REQUIREMENTS : Associate's degree in criminal justice or related field and / or paralegal studies or equivalent combination of education and work experienceWorking knowledge of Indiana Code and Code of Judicial ConductWorking knowledge of standard office / courtroom procedures and legal terminologyExcellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures and practices```{=html}``` - Ability to supervise assigned staff including interviewing candidates, orienting and training new subordinates; planning / delegating and controlling work assignments; developing and motivating staff; evaluating staff performance - Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen[For additional information or to apply, visit [ [www.elkhartcounty.com
