JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for aiding and empowering prenatal expectant mothers to obtain the necessary resources for a healthy pregnancy. Work is specific to the minority populations of Elkhart County.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, or a related field
- Working knowledge of mental health concerns, negative effects of poverty, and stages of pregnancy to be able to assist clients
- Excellent organizational and communications skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures / practices
- 1-2 Years previous job-related experience in related field preferred
- Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) required
- Pre-employment background check and Hepatitis B Vaccine eligible
