General Maintenance Technician:
Responsible for the general maintenance, repairs, and rehabilitation of units, property and equipment. This position has rotating on-call responsibilities and must complete all assigned work orders in accordance with established standards. Home repair experience, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and a high-school diploma or equivalent are required. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with excellent benefits and pay.
