Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a seasonal registration staff team member at Road America. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations during various events by assisting competitors, vendors, and VIPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Competitor Check-In:
- Verify credentials and provide event-specific information to participants during Track Days, Test Days, and the WeatherTech International Challenge.
Vendor/VIP Check-In:
- Assist vendors and VIP guests during public race weekends, ensuring they are welcomed and equipped with the necessary credentials.
Waiver and Wristband Management:
- Ensure waivers are signed and distribute wristbands for designated events.
Competitor and Series Support:
- Provide assistance with event-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to competitors and series participants regarding Road America’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
