What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2025-2026 Elementary Instructional Facilitator - Internal Applicants Only position at Elkhorn Public Schools?
Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Educational Administration or currently enrolled in an administrative program with 75% of the coursework completed in an elementary administrative program. The Instructional Facilitator will be mentored by elementary principals to continue to grow his/her skills in school leadership.
Experience Desired:
- Demonstrated skills in student instruction and planning
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with curriculum and assessment
- Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a wide variety of groups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Evidence of interest in continued personal study and learning
Responsibilities:
- Provide mentoring for assigned UNO CADRE teachers as designated through Elkhorn Public Schools, UNO and the Metropolitan Omaha Educational Consortium (MOEC).
- Assist Elementary Principals with administrative duties such as student discipline, parent/community relations, professional development, teacher supervision, instructional
coaching, school improvement, and collaboration processes, and assist with the articulation and delivery of district curriculum, etc.
