What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at Elkhorn Treatment Center?
Case Manager's serve as a role model and work directly with residents helping with treatment programming, health, finances, and life skills. This includes but is not limited to providing weekly individual sessions, facilitating or co-facilitating groups, preparing accurate case notes, and monthly progress reports; reviewing budgets and expense requests; and evaluating residents’ performance and translating evaluations into behavioral ratings.
The position requires a bachelors degree and case management experience is preferred. Alternate combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Successful applicants must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
Applicants who reside 20 miles or more from this work location are also eligible for a daily gas stipend.
