Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking and cocktail waitresses to join our bar team. The ideal candidate dose not need to have prior , and we are willing to train. As a Bartender you need to have excellent communication skills, hardworking and reliable. Able to work well under pressure

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist in catering events as needed, providing bartending services for private functions.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of retail math principles is a plus.
• Experience in nightclub settings or catering events is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $4.25 - $7.25 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week
