We are looking for a professional part time experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper in our Grand Blanc office. This is a key role in the company. Approximately 3 days per week.
Job description:
Accurately reconcile bank accounts
Prepare monthly financial reports
Prepare and analyze general ledgers
Prepare and file sales tax returns
Prepare adjusting journal entries
Answer phones
Input bills to be paid
Write Checks
Knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Taxes
Assemble new employee files
Assist Auditors with year end financials
Various other little projects that may become available
Assist Board in preparation of annual budgeting
Required Skills:
Excellent knowledge in QuickBooks with use of payroll
Minimum 4 years in accounting Microsoft Office products
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong written and oral communication skills
Team player
