Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with project start-up tasks, including contract coordination, securing permits, setting up jobsite utilities, and organizing project files.
- Support in-progress project needs such as managing change proposals, distributing updated plans/specifications, and arranging project meetings.
- Coordinate project closeout, including preparing closeout binders, assisting with inspections, and ensuring all documentation is finalized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or project-based environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
