Key Responsibilities
Workforce & Remote Team Management
- Develop and implement efficient workforce management strategies to enhance productivity and collaboration among remote and field teams.
- Oversee employee scheduling , ensuring optimal resource allocation across projects.
- Implement tools and best practices to improve communication, task tracking, and reporting for remote employees.
- Serve as the central coordinator between executive leadership, project teams, and administrative staff.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for remote workforce engagement and efficiency.
