Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) Engineer – Duluth, MN
We are currently seeking an experienced EIC Engineer to join our growing team in Duluth, MN . This role will be responsible for the execution of electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects, ensuring technical excellence and successful client management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in power generation facilities, transmission, or station design , with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed project requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Apply broad expertise in electrical, instrumentation, controls, and automation systems to technical projects.
- Lead and coordinate the electrical scope for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
- Provide direction and make final decisions within the electrical scope of projects.
- Support initial design efforts, including defining project objectives and developing power system designs .
- Oversee development of electrical deliverables , such as instrument lists, I / O lists, loop and wiring diagrams, ETAP / SLD models, physical layouts, circuit / conduit schedules, RFQ packages, and MTOs.
- Assist in the development and review of P&IDs to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to support project execution and implementation.
