We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to manage the financial aspects of our capital project portfolio, focusing on cost control, progress tracking, and performance evaluation. This role will involve working closely with project managers to ensure effective project financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning for capital projects, including forecasting, tracking, and weekly status updates.
- Collaborate with project managers to establish annual plans and provide ongoing forecast updates.
- Prepare and maintain disbursement projections and assist with capital appropriation requests.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate project setup and master data maintenance with project managers and accounting teams.
- Develop cost management processes and create summary dashboards.
- Participate in end-of-project reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA in finance or accounting preferred.
- 5 years of relevant work experience, industrial projects experience is a plus.
- Expertise in cost management for medium-to-large capex projects.
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP, Ares Prism, or similar cost management tools.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with project management tools.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
