JOB DESCRIPTION
The Installer role is a full-time, hourly position. This position will be part of a team responsible for installation, service, and/or troubleshooting for residential solar energy systems. Our client is seeking motivated individuals and/or experienced crews interested in joining their growing team.
The ideal candidate(s) for this role will be a team player who works hard and contributes to the success of our client. This role requires fluent English and strong communication skills. Candidates must have experience working with home solar systems and be comfortable communicating with customers on a regular basis.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Residential Solar PV Experience is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Energy Storage systems preferred
- Attention to detail REQUIRED
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions
- Excellent customer service (Face-to-face with homeowners)
- Professional appearance, reliable, and DRUG-FREE
- Strong communication skills
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
COMPENSATION INCLUDES
- $22-20 per hour (based on experience)
