Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Consultant to join our team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide direct patient care, including support during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to determine the presence of behavioral or developmental disorders.
- Offer guidance and training to caregivers on effective behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
- Familiarity with data collection methods for tracking patient progress.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $55.16 - $67.30 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
