Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing applied behavior analysis strategies to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Monitor and collect data on patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify specific developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field.
- Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and data collection methods.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.

Pay: $57.16 - $65.30 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
